Prospective students who applied and were accepted were mailed the imprinted water bottle inside a custom designed box. The full-color box is mailed as pictured, making for a strong first impression among them. Prospects also receive an email which is used to gather more information about where they are in their admissions process. This directs them to complete a two question survey on a custom website designed and coded in-house. Based on their response, they are directed to a page with additional information and an opportunity to pay their deposit or sign up for an accepted student day. These pages are populated via URL parameters and Slate (our CRM) with personalized information such as their admissions counselor and forms are automatically pre-filled.
